Okay, guys, I realize that SOPA and PIPA are pretty awful things and that we're all really threatened by their implications. I will not dispute any of that.
But the list of things that are (supposedly) better than SOPA going around some parts of tumblr? NO. NOT OKAY. SO VERY NOT OKAY. Because included on that list are the Holocaust, the Nanking Massacre, and 9/11.
Just. What.
(Admittedly some of the things on the list are pretty funny (Nickelback, Nicholas Cage, Grease 2), but they're interspersed with WAIT WTF WAS THAT moments. Ugh.)
